Terms of Service

Using the store

Insane Gaming Store provides game top-ups and digital gift cards. Read the product description, supported region, package and price before ordering. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.

Your account and order details

Use an email address you control and provide accurate player IDs, regions and delivery details. Keep your email verification codes, account access and voucher codes private. We never require your game password. Do not use the store for fraud, unauthorized payments or purchases that breach the relevant game's rules.

Prices, wallet balance and payment

Prices are shown in Nepalese rupees. Add money using an enabled payment method and submit a receipt for administrator verification. Your wallet is credited after approval. Product purchases use your wallet balance at the rate shown in the store. Check the final amount before confirming; a submitted receipt alone does not confirm payment.

Delivery and availability

Top-up delivery depends on the product, payment verification and availability. Available digital voucher codes may be delivered automatically after a wallet purchase. Check your order details for the current status. A game publisher's redemption rules and region restrictions still apply. We do not promise a delivery time unless it is explicitly stated for your order.

Cancellations and payment issues

You can cancel your own pending order through your account. Cancelling an order does not automatically refund a completed payment or restore your wallet balance. Ask the store to review duplicate payments, delivery failures, incorrect order details or a refund request using your order reference. Refunds and corrections require administrator review and remain subject to applicable consumer rights.

Changes and assistance

Products, prices and these terms may change. Review the current terms before a new purchase; the displayed price and details of an existing order remain in its record. Use the Help center for instructions and your account's order details to review store updates. Insane Gaming Store operates independently of the game publishers unless a product expressly states otherwise.
